Pay:

$25 per hour

Employment Type:

Full-Time Monday-Friday 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm 50% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision and complimentary Life Insurance 401 (k) program and enhanced insurance offerings such as Critical Care Coverage, Hospital Insurance, Accidental Insurance, and Pet Insurance Daily pay options are available; get paid as soon as the next day Law Enforcement experience is preferred; we strongly encourage candidates with law enforcement experience to apply for this position. The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards. This position requires the use of a company vehicle; all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record.

Cascadia Global Security - Audere est Facere (Dare to Do). Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS's primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively. Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise. Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures. Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations. Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.

Pay and Benefits:
