AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with management and/or public emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor for unusual behavior, access concerns, and/or maintenance or hazard-related issues, and report observations to the appropriate contacts for follow-up. Assist with access control, opening and closing procedures, and customer-facing interactions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
