The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the facility. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when necessary. Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Experience 2 years previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is required. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is an advantage. Strong conflict management skills are essential for handling difficult situations effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.
