AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while verifying access practices, assisting with visitor directions, and supporting daily property operations through visible presence and attentive service. Observe and report hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, completing required reports and sharing updates with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Knowledge of CPR and First Aid is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
