This role requires strong leadership, situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to security management.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (with additional coverage as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support onsite security personnel and daily operations Monitor client property and activities to ensure safety and security Maintain a vigilant, attentive, and responsive presence at all times Conduct regular patrol tours and inspections of the premises Observe, document, and report incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner Deescalate conflicts and assist in resolving disputes when necessary Ensure all site procedures and post orders are followed Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management Complete accurate reports and logs in a timely manner
Additional Expectations:
Willingness to cover shifts outside of normal hours when needed due to staffing shortages Availability to work weekends and holidays as required Maintain a professional appearance and authoritative presence at all times
Qualifications:
Prior security experience required; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Reliable, punctual, and detailoriented Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to pass all background checks and company hiring requirements How to
