We are currently seeking a Security Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment. This position involves working 2 days per week part time (Saturday 1000-1800 and Sunday 1100-1700). Overtime is available to cover holidays during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mobile patrols, foot patrols, and control room duties as assigned. Utilize your excellent telephone and computer skills to perform necessary security tasks. Maintain accurate records by completing Daily Occurrence Books and timely reporting. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate actions are taken. Adhere to all security procedures and protocols to safeguard assets and personnel.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred, although training will be provided. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work a combination of shifts. Basic computer skills to handle digital security systems and complete necessary reports. A responsible and trustworthy attitude with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Must possess a valid SIA Licence either; Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
Compensation:
