AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy concerns in required reports. Support emergency response activities according to post orders, including assisting with evacuations, access control changes, and/or coordination with local responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. A minimum of 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
