PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and delivery traffic to help support authorized access, observe facility rules, and report maintenance, fire, and/or security-related issues. Support daily operations by completing logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, while helping to deter disruptions and/or unauthorized activity across the location.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
