Overview Join our dynamic security team as an Unarmed Security Guard and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. As an integral part of our security operations, you will monitor premises, enforce safety protocols, and respond effectively to incidents, ensuring the well-being of staff, visitors, and property. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a secure atmosphere where everyone can thrive. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Observe and operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee key areas Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for visitors and staff Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, providing clear communication with emergency responders when necessary Assist in conflict management by calmly addressing disturbances or disputes on site Perform basic first aid and CPR if needed, providing immediate assistance until professional help arrives Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs to document daily activities and any unusual occurrences Skills Strong understanding of security protocols, loss prevention techniques, and surveillance systems Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and first aid/CPR certification is highly desirable Experience with CCTV operation and monitoring security footage effectively Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact Background in military, law enforcement, or security roles is advantageous but not required Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels protected!
