Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies for a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and report details according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor management, deliveries, and/or contractor access in accordance with location guidelines. Support emergency response activities, alarm-related procedures, and evacuation directions when appropriate, while communicating with Allied Universal leadership and location contacts as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
