AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, credential verification, and/or related emergency response activities at the location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, docks, and employee entrances.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting security-related activity according to site policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and receiving/shipping zones, with attention to unusual activity and site-specific risks.
Communicate with employees, visitors, drivers, and management regarding access requirements, directions, and security-related concerns while maintaining professional presence and detailed reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
