Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour

Shifts:

All days and shifts available, including weekends, evenings, and overnight assignments Minimum Qualifications Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) required Prior security experience required Experience in HOA communities, residential security, gate access control, or similar environments strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to monitor and control community access points while maintaining a professional presence Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Essential Duties Control and monitor access through community gates Verify resident, guest, vendor, and contractor access Maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns Follow all HOA policies, site procedures, and post orders Preferred Experience HOA security Residential community security Gatehouse or access control operations Visitor management systems Customer-facing security assignments Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and join a team dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming community environment.
