Security Officers (Part-Time)

Security Officer We are looking for skilled Security Officers to implement our protective service programs. This includes monitoring the premises and safeguarding property, staff, and visitors. You will be tasked with identifying suspicious activity and deterring criminal behavior such as vandalism and theft. The ideal candidate will be highly observant, proactive, and capable of commanding respect and authority. Strong training in surveillance and handling perpetrators is essential. Responsibilities To maintain order and establish a presence Work with local law enforcement to remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation Assist people in need Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences Skills Proven experience as a security officer or guard Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety Familiarity with report writing Excellent surveillance and observation skills Registered as a security officer (desired) A High School diploma or equivalent is required
