PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and report maintenance, environmental, and security-related issues observed during patrols.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
