Full-Time Morning Shift:

5:00 AM•12:00 PM (5 days/week)

Part-Time Morning Shift:

5:00 AM•1:00 PM (3 days/week)

Full-Time Evening Shift:

12:00 PM•8:00 PM (5 days/week) Additional shifts may be available and will be discussed during the interview. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $15.00/hour Increase to $16.00/hour after 90 days (based on performance) Performance-based raises after probationary period Consistent hours: 24-40 hours per week Opportunities for advancement PTO Responsibilities Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations Maintain a strong security presence De-escalate conflicts and handle incidents professionally Enforce company policies and site procedures Write basic incident reports as needed Qualifications NC Guard Card preferred (priority interviewing) Must be able to obtain a Guard Card (assistance provided) Strong communication and observation skills Reliable transportation and punctuality required Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Why Work With Us?
