As a Full-Time Security Officer, you'll serve as a visible presence at client locations, helping maintain safe, secure, and welcoming environments while representing both Signal of Lincoln and our clients with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Maintain a professional and attentive presence at assigned locations Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as required by post assignments Observe and report unusual activity, safety concerns, or incidents Complete accurate and timely reports using company technology Respond appropriately to incidents according to post orders and company procedures Interact professionally with clients, residents, visitors, and team members Follow all company policies, procedures, and appearance standards Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow officers What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smartphone capable of using company reporting and communication applications Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening when required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, sit, or drive for extended periods as required by assignment Professional appearance and dependable attendance Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or hospitality Strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations Comfort using mobile technology and digital reporting tools Interest in long-term career growth and advancement opportunities What We Offer Full-time, consistent scheduling Starting pay of $16.00 per hour Paid training and ongoing professional development Opportunities for advancement into Field Supervisor, Operations, and Leadership roles Tuition assistance through Bellevue University for employees and eligible immediate family members Veteran and First Responder friendly workplace Locally owned leadership team invested in your success Supportive culture built on accountability, professionalism, and teamwork Why Signal of Lincoln?
