Pay Rate:

$16.40 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to support a large-scale industrial production and distribution facility in Schuyler, NE. This site operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring strong attention to safety, access control, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, contractors, and authorized visitors while upholding company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Control access to the facility by verifying identification and credentials Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and deliveries Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies Complete detailed and accurate daily activity and incident reports Enforce site-specific rules, safety regulations, and company policies Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Weekend availability required Strong communication and observational skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in an industrial environment Professional demeanor and reliability We are seeking individuals who are dependable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
