Security Officer

Join our dynamic security team as a Security Guard and play a vital role in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to maintain a safe environment through vigilant surveillance, proactive conflict management, and quick response to incidents. As a key protector for our clients, you will utilize your skills in de-escalation, first aid, and CCTV monitoring to ensure safety and security at all times. Your dedication will help foster a secure atmosphere where everyone can thrive. We work in different locations across NH, VT, and MA. From Baseball games to speedways, colleges to manufacturing companies, and tons of fun one-off events as we continuing to grow. Must be able to work nights and weekends. The three main shifts we work are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Some of our jobs and events have might have different times. We are looking for a couple full/part time people with weekend availability . The schedule can be flexible and include different job sites. Must be able to pass a background check to acquire a state license. Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and prevent loss or theft Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or security breaches Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees Enforce safety protocols and conflict management procedures to de-escalate tense situations effectively Document all security activities through detailed reports and incident logs Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable but willing to train the right people Current NH Security Guard License preferred but not required. Need to take a trip to Concord NH and be able to pass a background check with a clean record. Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies are also trainable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to perform physical duties such as patrolling on foot or standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety regulations Embark on a rewarding career where your vigilance makes a difference!
