What will you do? Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor Patrol all areas of the property and monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized behavior, and safety hazards Assist guests and team members during emergencies, evacuations, or medical incidents Respond to incidents in a calm and professional manner and de-escalate conflicts Complete accurate and detailed incident reports, security logs, and daily activity reports Secure evidence when needed and coordinate with local law enforcement More about you Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED Must be licensed by the State Gaming Commission Prior law enforcement, security, or military experience preferred; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus Ability to clear a criminal background check Strong customer service skills required Strong verbal communication, observation, and report writing skills Ability to obtain a CPR/First Aid/AED/BBP certification Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Exposure to an occasionally smoky and loud environment Shift details Evenings Holidays Weekends 8hr shift
