Job Description
Job Summary Join our Part-Time Security professional, where your vigilance and dedication will help maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property. This role offers an opportunity to apply your security expertise in a fast-paced setting, ensuring safety protocols are upheld and incidents are promptly managed. This role is responsible for ensuring all patrons are over the age of 21 and up keeping safety standards throughout our weekend operations. It is mandatory that this person works Friday and Saturday nights. Duties Monitor the entrance and ID all incoming patrons Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety and identify potential hazards or unauthorized access Enforce security policies by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and staff before granting access Assist law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations as needed Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keepingSkills Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security protocols Ability to remain alert, vigilant, and proactive during long shifts in various environments Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and emergency personnel
