AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor front desk access activity, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with property guidelines. Answer phones, greet incoming guests, receive deliveries, and support resident and management inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Respond to incidents, complaints, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through required logs and communication channels. Maintain accurate front desk records, visitor logs, package information, and other assigned documentation while observing activity in the lobby and entry areas.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required. Applicants must be 21+ years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
