PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity. Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
