Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a luxury retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entry points, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and assist with theft prevention awareness, policy compliance, and orderly operations within the location. Support store personnel and/or management with customer assistance, directional support, and incident follow-up while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
