Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Residential Security Guard to monitor and safeguard residential premises. The ideal candidate will provide a strong security presence, ensure the safety of residents, and respond to incidents effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor building access and enforce visitor and resident identification protocols. Conduct regular patrols of the property, including all entrances, exits, hallways, parking areas, and common spaces. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents. Write detailed daily activity and incident reports. Monitor surveillance systems and report any unusual behavior or potential threats. Ensure all doors, gates, and other access points are secure. Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests when needed. Enforce property rules and regulations. Coordinate with emergency services if required (e.g., fire, police, EMS). Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout the shift.
