Tiny Security Protection Services LLC is currently hiring Overnight Unarmed Security Guards for a residential community located in Jersey City, NJ.

THIS POSITION IS STRICTLY FOR THE OVERNIGHT SHIFT.

Applicants must be able to work 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM. Candidates who cannot commit to overnight hours will not be considered.

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey SORA Security Guard License required Must be able to work 12-hour overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 11:00 AM) Must be able to work weekends Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Must possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills Must be capable of de-escalating situations in a calm and effective manner Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow post orders and company policies Ability to stand, conduct patrols, and remain alert throughout the shift Prior security experience is preferred but NOT required. We are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the property and maintain a visible security presence Conduct routine patrols of the building and surrounding areas Control access to the property and verify visitors as needed Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies Complete required reports and documentation accurately Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors Work closely with management and law enforcement when necessary Enforce property rules and regulations professionally and respectfully

Schedule Expectations:
