  • 4a) We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Officer to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, effective conflict management, and prompt response to incidents. Your dedication will ensure the safety of everyone on site while upholding the highest standards of security protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a safe and secure workplace where your skills in law enforcement, surveillance, and emergency response are valued and utilized daily. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety, identify hazards, and prevent theft or vandalism. Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents requiring first aid or CPR, conflicts, or security threats. Enforce security policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and tact. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external assistance. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records for accountability and future reference. Qualifications Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with security protocols including access control procedures and emergency response plans. Ability to perform physical duties such as patrolling premises on foot or in a vehicle for extended periods.
