Security Full Job Description Evening Corporate Shift Supervisor Site:

Newark, New Jersey Shift:

Evening Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm Pay rate: $21.50

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts Monitor facility access, surveillance systems, and security procedures Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations Prepare daily activity and incident reports Conduct patrols and inspections of the property Train, coach, and evaluate security staff performance Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary Maintain shift schedules and coverage

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as Shift Supervisor Experience in Corporate Security Must possess a valid SORA license or be willing to obtain one Strong customer service and communication skills are essential Reliable, self-motivated and adaptable with a flexible schedule Expected to work a flexible schedule, including Weekends and Holidays. Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Familiarity with report writing High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age
