PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including loading areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points. Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or delivery traffic, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting orderly site operations. Assist with access control, badge or credential checks, and policy compliance while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
