Duties Conduct regular patrols of residential properties to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to identify potential security threats Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies on-site Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and service personnel before granting access Enforce community rules and security protocols with professionalism and tact Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, supporting residents and visitors in emergencies Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during incidents or investigations Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records for accountability and review Skills Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields with a focus on residential protection Strong surveillance skills utilizing CCTV systems and other monitoring tools Ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, visitors, and emergency responders Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices Ability to stay alert during long shifts while maintaining high levels of vigilance Join us in delivering exceptional security services that prioritize safety, trust, and peace of mind.
