Security Officer

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Officer to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. • 8AM (Overnight) Saturday

• Sunday:

  7AM
• 3PM (First Shift) Duties Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and conduct regular surveillance to identify suspicious activity or potential threats.

Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry. Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR. Conduct routine patrols of the premises to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify any hazards or breaches. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, de-escalating disputes and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary. Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting suspicious behavior promptly. Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately for record-keeping purposes. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; candidates should be prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations. Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and security equipment is essential. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security protocols. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining vigilance throughout shifts.
