• Greet and engage customers in a professional and personable manner
• Provide and sustain crowd control and line management
• Communicate with and direct people entering and exiting the store; answering general questions.
• Be diligent and vigilant in security and safety awareness
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and store team
• Observe and report any safety/security concerns to supervisor and store team
• Demonstrate accountability and professionalism when addressing any situation
• Control access to designated areas and secure assigned post locations
• Successfully execute post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations

License Requirements:

• Valid NYS Security Guard License

• Valid NYS Driver's License/ID Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School diploma
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills (both verbal and written) and is capable of handling typical crisis situations both efficiently and effectively
• Strong security presence
• Professional image and attitude
• Ability to perform duty in formal business attire and maintain attire to ensure a sharp, clean and professional appearance (clean black suit; white shirt with crisp clean collars with a black tie; black polished shoes; no sneakers)
• Punctual and reliable with the ability to maintain a consistent, reliable and flexible schedule
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours in one shift
• Availability for at least one weekend shift (SAT and/or SUN)

Preferred:

• High-end/luxury retail experience
• Flexibility for additional hours
• Weekend availability
