Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Provide first aid or CPR if needed and assist in emergency situations with confidence and professionalism. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certifications in first aid, CPR, or conflict management are preferred; ongoing training is encouraged. Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, visitors, and emergency responders. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while enforcing rules and maintaining safety standards.
