AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or property concerns. Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions. Support daily property operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
