Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00
PM Start Date:
August 1 Arrow Security is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a client site in Bridgeport, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned security professional with strong leadership skills who is committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay $26.00 per hour Weekly Pay Responsibilities Supervise and lead the daily operations of the security team Ensure all officers are properly trained and following site procedures Conduct post inspections and monitor officer performance Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage Prepare incident reports and communicate with management and the client Address security concerns and respond appropriately to incidents Maintain a professional relationship with the client and Arrow Security leadership Ensure compliance with all company policies and post orders Qualifications Active New Jersey SORA License required Minimum of five (5) years of experience in security and/or supervisory roles Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to pass all pre-employment screening requirements What We Offer Weekly pay Monday through Friday schedule Leadership opportunity with a growing organization Opportunities for advancement Supportive management team If you have the leadership experience and qualifications to oversee a professional security team, we encourage you to apply today and join Arrow Security!
