You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and managing crowd control. Your proactive approach and quick response skills will help prevent incidents and handle any emergencies effectively. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work at a variety of events, ensuring everyone's safety while delivering exceptional security service. Duties Monitor entry and exit points to verify credentials and prevent unauthorized access Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee event areas and identify potential threats Manage crowd flow and enforce safety protocols to maintain order during large gatherings Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations Assist in emergency response procedures, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary Perform regular patrols of the venue to identify hazards or suspicious activity Document incidents, security breaches, and other relevant activities in detailed reports Skills Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields with a focus on event environments Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV operation and loss prevention techniques Certified in first aid and CPR, with the ability to provide immediate assistance during emergencies Excellent conflict management abilities to handle tense situations calmly and professionally Knowledge of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans Ability to stay alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on surroundings Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, event staff, and emergency responders This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about ensuring safety at large-scale events.
