JOB SUMMARY

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for property owners, employees, and visitors at Las Campanas. This role involves patrolling the premises on foot or by vehicle to deter and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring the security of doors, windows, gates, and other access points. The officer provides courteous and professional assistance to all individuals on-site, coordinates access control, and promptly reports any suspicious activity to management. In emergency situations, the officer responds swiftly and supports Las Campanas paramedics as needed. Additional responsibilities include enforcing community rules, issuing warnings for infractions, and upholding a high level of confidentiality. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
• CPR and basic first aid training or certification a plus.
• Must possess a valid New Mexico Driver's License and be insurable. Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Benefits
