Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure all investigations, reports, logs, and other Security functions are done properly by their staffProblem solving skills with diverse ways to diffuse difficult situationsAssists Security Manager with planning, organizing, and coordinating all security policies to make sure they are current and implemented on a regular basisIdentify security problems and assist with developing solutions in coordination with managementEnsure adherence of GDW/Elko Security Policy including Nevada law and Division of Gaming RegulationsEnsure security for all classified information held on company premisesEnsure the safety of all patrons and employeesAssists patrons as needed and provides customer service to internal and external guests

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenMust be fluent in English; verbal and writtenAbility to work with little supervisionAbility to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certificationsMust possess a valid Driver's License for past 5 years, current in NevadaIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United StatesRegistered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
