As an Armed Guard, you will utilize your surveillance skills and conflict management expertise to protect property, assets, and personnel. Your presence will ensure peace of mind for staff and visitors alike while upholding the highest standards of security protocol. Responsibilities Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for all visitors, including pat downs. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly after each shift Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper protocol is followed Experience Prior experience is highly preferred Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and professionally Familiarity with security protocols related to access control and emergency response procedures Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is our top priority!
