Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and professional Armed Security Officer with a CCB Card to protect property, assets, and personnel. This role requires a highly responsible individual capable of maintaining safety and security in various environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in armed security and cannibis security, with the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and maintain order. Duties Monitor premises using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access Manage conflict situations with professionalism and conflict management skills Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports Assist with loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets and inventory Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary during investigations or incidents Perform access control duties by verifying credentials and maintaining secure entry points Skills Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is preferred Armed PILB Card and Vendor CCB Card is required Strong surveillance skills utilizing CCTV systems and other monitoring tools Excellent conflict management and de-escalation abilities Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security protocols Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Strong communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and discretion This position offers an opportunity to serve in a critical role ensuring safety and security.
