In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through active surveillance, conflict management, and rapid response to incidents. Your presence will serve as a visible deterrent to unlawful activities while providing exceptional security services that foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. Must have a Valid NYS Armed Guard License Must have Valid NYS Pistol Permit High School Diploma or GED required Reliable Transportation Duties Monitor and patrol designated areas using CCTV systems and physical presence to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access Conduct thorough inspections of individuals entering or leaving the premises, verifying identification and purpose of visit Respond promptly and effectively to security breaches or emergencies, including conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques Enforce security protocols and loss prevention measures to safeguard assets and personnel Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing detailed incident reports as needed Administer first aid or CPR in medical emergencies until professional help arrives Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for record-keeping and review purposes Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on armed security operations Valid certification in CPR and first aid; additional certifications in surveillance or CCTV operation are advantageous Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during tense situations Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices Ability to operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems effectively Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members, law enforcement, and the public Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; capable of responding swiftly in emergency situations Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is paramount!
