Job Description

We're looking for dependable, professional security staff to join our team on Friday and Saturday nights . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekend work in a fast-paced, friendly neighborhood bar.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff. Check IDs and monitor the entrance. Observe the bar and address issues before they escalate. De-escalate conflicts professionally and calmly. Assist staff with closing procedures as needed. Work closely with bartenders and management to ensure a safe atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual. Calm under pressure with excellent judgment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Able to remain professional while enforcing bar policies. Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
