PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government services location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, public areas, offices, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report suspicious, disruptive, and/or policy-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Complete routine reports, document incidents, and communicate relevant updates with supervisors, staff, and/or public agency representatives as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
