Security Guard

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents while ensuring compliance with security protocols. Hotel security responsibilities include protecting guests, employees, and property through patrolling grounds, monitoring security cameras, and controlling access to the hotel and its sensitive areas. They also investigate disturbances, respond to emergencies, maintain order, and act as a liaison with law enforcement, while also contributing to a welcoming and secure atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities Patrolling and Monitoring :

Conduct regular patrols of the hotel's interior and exterior, including hallways, parking lots, and public areas, while constantly monitoring CCTV systems for suspicious activity.

Access Control :

Manage entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access to the hotel, guest rooms, and staff-only areas.

Incident Response :

Respond quickly to incidents, such as disturbances, fights, thefts, or other security violations, and provide assistance during emergencies like fires or natural disasters.

Investigation and Reporting :

Investigate incidents, document observations, and create detailed reports for management, maintaining accurate logs of activities.

Emergency Preparedness :

Ensure guests and staff are safe during crises by implementing emergency procedures and evacuation plans, and coordinate with emergency services when needed.

Guest and Staff Protection :

Protect guests and their valuables, as well as the hotel's property, assets, and employees.

Guest Assistance :

Provide assistance to guests, such as escorting them to their rooms or to other areas of the hotel. Liaison with
