EVENT SECURITY

About the Event G&G Security Group is seeking experienced, licensed security professionals for a large-scale outdoor concert event taking place in Flushing, Queens, NY on June 20, 2026 . The event expects approximately 10,000 patrons with live performances by two artists. All personnel must be on-site from 1:00 PM through 12:00 AM (11 hours) . Duties & Responsibilities Stage access control and artist / crew credentialing VIP area management and guest hospitality security Crowd monitoring and patron safety response Perimeter patrol and access point coverage Incident documentation and escalation to supervisors Coordinate with on-site K-9 unit and law enforcement as needed

Supervisors:

oversee security teams, manage shift operations, serve as main point of contact Required Qualifications Valid NYS Security Guard License , no exceptions Valid NYS Certificate of Fitness F-03 | F-04 Minimum 2 years of large-scale event security experience (concerts, festivals, sporting events, or similar venues strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability to manage crowds and de-escalate situations professionally Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Professional appearance and conduct at all times Preferred Experience Prior experience at stadiums, arenas, or outdoor festival environments VIP / hospitality security background Supervisory experience leading security teams of 10+ personnel Familiarity with incident command and radio communication protocols If interested, please forward your resume to Info@gandgsecuritygroup.com.
