Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and energetic Bouncer to ensure the safety and security of our venue, staff, and guests. As a key frontline team member, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment by monitoring entry points, managing crowd behavior, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your proactive approach and strong conflict management skills will help create an enjoyable experience for all attendees while upholding the venue's policies and safety standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to safety and guest satisfaction. Duties Check identification and verify age if guest appears to be under the age of 15 and over the age of 18 Enforce venue policies by managing conflicts, diffusing tense situations, and removing disruptive individuals when necessary Conduct thorough searches of guests and their belongings to prevent prohibited items from entering the premises Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, providing first aid or CPR if needed, and coordinating with emergency services when required Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is preferred Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention practices is advantageous Strong ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests, staff, and emergency responders Knowledge of legal regulations related to security operations and crowd control Join us in creating a secure environment where everyone can enjoy their experience confidently!
