We are looking for a strong leader who can supervise officers, provide excellent customer service, and remain flexible to work security officer shifts when needed.

Schedule:

Must be fully flexible (Various shift available)

Pay Range:

$16.48 - $17.51/hour (Pay rate based on position)

What You'll Do:

Supervise and support security officers on site Patrol property and maintain a safe environment Respond to incidents and complete reports professionally Assist with de-escalation and emergency response Ensure officers follow post orders and company procedures Cover security shifts as needed to support operations

Requirements:

Valid NYS Security Guard License Minimum 2 years supervisory/security experience Strong leadership and customer service skills Reliable transportation and clean driver's license Flexible availability, including weekends CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Why Join Arrow Security?
