UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS
in Suffolk County, NY.
Locations & Shifts:
Brookhaven:
Wednesday- Sunday 2300-0700
Payrate:
$19.00/hr.
Brookhaven:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 0700-1500
Payrate:
$19.00/hr.
Brookhaven:
Tuesday- Saturday 0700-1500
Payrate:
$19.00/hr.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment at a pharmaceutical facility. This role requires a high level of vigilance, integrity, and customer service while performing duties as a security officer at a standing post for extended periods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned client site to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property. Conducts regular foot patrols and completes scans. Maintains order and enforces site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises. Securing premise inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma / GED required. 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required. Valid NYS Security Guard License. This position requires the ability to stand for long period. Must have a valid driver license. Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form. Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
