PART-TIME

$35.00-38.00/hr. Armed 1800-0200 hrs•Monday through Sunday (7 days a week) Armed Security experience Minimum•2 years required

Attire:

Blazer/Sports Coat, Collard button down shirt and dress slacks Concealed Carry Customer Service Experience Descalation experience

Essential Functions:

Punctuality is fundamental. Observe & Report only! Unless specifically told otherwise, 'hands off' policy•no touching, grabbing, fighting with, or blocking the exit of customers/patrons. Look The Part! Complying with uniform requirements is a must Represent Hillside's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Provide the client with excellent security services at the company location. Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise. Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required All other duties, as assigned.

Experience:

Previous experience in security is preferred. Knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies. First aid certification and CPR training is a plus. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Strong observation skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior/Current Law Enforcement required.

Competencies:

An active Security Guard license is required. Concierge-level customer service experience. Strong problem resolution skills. Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:

Frequent sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time. Rapid and effective decision-making during unusual or emergency situations.
