AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and/or report security-related concerns according to site procedures. Complete routine reports and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Be 21+ years of age. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
