PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate for a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assist with visitor and staff directions, and report policy violations or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Support a professional environment by following post orders, observing daily operations, and assisting with security-related requests in a courteous and respectful manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 2+ years of security-related experience. Be 21+ years of age. A guard card/license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
